Last weekend a small contingent of Otters travelled to North London for the Barnet Copthall Distance Meet.

Hayley Davis picked up the first Otter win of the meet finishing first in the 30-34 years 800m Freestyle (9:53.46) on Saturday afternoon.

Sundays action saw more Otter wins with Camille Vrain winning the Womens 25-29years 100m Breaststroke (1:22.61), the 100m Backstroke (1:16.14) and finishing 2nd in the 200IM (2:41.99).

Catherine Dermont won the Womens 25-29 years 400m Freestyle (4:47.82), 100 Fly (1:12.94) and finished 2nd in the 200 freestykle (2:17.19) & 100 Free (1:02.72).

Lex Higlett won the Women's 30-34 years 400m Freestyle (4:47.80), 200 Free (2:15.90), 200IM (2:41.86) & 100 Free (1:01.96).

Liz Shaw was 2nd in the Womens 50-54 100 SC Meter Breaststroke (1:37.16) & placed third in the 400m Free.

While Derek Parr, who was competing for his local club Broomfield Park won the Mens 40-74 400m IM, 800m Freestyle, 100 Fly & 200 Breastroke.
