The evening will consist of:

• Drinks reception with canapés

• A three course dinner

  • Starter: smoked mackerel & Arbroath smokie rillettes, ruby beetroot, horseradish cream

  • Main: roast breast of Guinea fowl, celeriac & potato galette, buttered cabbage, lavender honey

  • Dessert: Apple tarte tatin, crème anglaise

  • Wine – ½ bottle per person included

  • Tea and Coffee

  • A vegetarian menu or special diet can be requested

• A few speeches

• Potential dancing

• Carriages at midnight

The price for the evening will be of £62 per person; guests and plus ones are welcome and encouraged.
