The Swim England South East Long Course Masters will be held on 19th and 20th January 2019 at K2, Crawley.

Last year the event was oversubscribed and sessions were closed before the published closing date with the result that some Masters were disappointed. The closing date for individual entries in the 2019 Masters competition is 7th January 2019. Please get your entries in early. To be fair to all, entries will not be accepted once a session has been closed.

The entry instructions for the competition are available to download from the South East Region and British Swimming web sites.

Each year efforts are made to improve the competition. This often means modifying the entry procedure and the conditions to take into account previous experience. If you decide to enter the 2019 event PLEASE READ ALL THE CONDITIONS AND NOTES IN THE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS. Changes have been made.

Following the successful registration procedure used previously, all competitors will be required to register BEFORE EACH SESSION at the Masters Reception desk no later than 30 minutes before the start of the session. This is to avoid empty lanes in the heats and to enable the meet to run efficiently.

The relay team events for the 2019 competition are 4 x 50m medley & freestyle for men and women and mixed 4 x 100m medley & freestyle.

Entries are on-line only and fees must be paid on-line using PayPal, which accepts debit and credit cards. Entrants will get two automatically generated emails, one confirming the information and events entered with the entry times and one confirming that payment has been received. It is important that you read these carefully to confirm that you have entered the events you intended.

A one-off administration fee of £1:50 is added to all entries received from individuals. There is no administration fee added for team entries.
